SoBeA_Fighter is a quality mixed martial arts and focal Kickboxing club that it is the only ladies all club in Derby that caters for both women and children.

SoBeA_Fighter is in the process of becoming an ambassador for Derby Move and aim to promote physical activity across derby.

Our club caters for all abilities and considers the needs of their clientele; making our sessions highly innovative. As a club we have worked hard to provide our members with upmost quality and focus on technique, discipline and coordination.  

This vision led us to apply for a silver safeguarding mark, which we were successfully awarded by the British Kickboxing Council (KBC), who our club is affiliated with, as well as accredited by. This means as a member of BKC; SoBeA-Fighter’s certifications are now formally recognised and awarded upon successfully passing your gradings, which will have an accompanying BKC logo.

Our instructors are highly qualified and trained with years of Kickboxing and MMA experience ranging from training and competing. They are former ICO medallists and focus on providing a quality service, by employing two in-house qualified assessors, who aim to work closely with the head coach in providing the best grading service and overlooking the clubs grading system and continually developing it.

SoBeA_fighter has also launched its own short-term bespoke anti-bullying and women’s  empowering self-defence programmes. Further providing a 4-week Kickboxing programme, providing the community a range of services and achievable short-term goals.
